We are certainly in for some challenges. Our Unical contracts start expiring at the end of this year too. Fee for departure is going away and a new business model is necessary. The MRJ's that are suppose to start arriving in 2017 coincides with a time table for winding down DCI flying and they don't fit under existing scope language.

Plan B is undoubtedly in the works. If your junior, it wouldn't be a bad idea to get on with a legacy. There are sure to be some bumps in the road ahead.
