ASA IAD vaccancy bid round 2

Anyone have any idea when the second bid will open up? The second part of the flying starts in May right? Probably something like another 25ish crews to fill before they have all they need up there? Thinkin its time to give IAD a shot cause 2+ years of commuting to ATL on SCR is getting old.....
