Anybody besides me have trouble getting these people (payroll) to call you back? I have left 1-2-3-4, four, 4, IV messages and still nothing. I finally got in touch with someone and she was the rudest pperson I have ever spoken too. Someone with that type of personality should not be in that position; I can think of others. What a B!

Maybe you've called the Secret Affirmative Action Welfare Centre for College Park and surrounding areas.

I just got a reply to my AskASA question from Nov. 20, on Jan 10.
It was about why I had not recieved my benefits package and the deadline was in a few days. I wanted to know who was responsable for the screw up and what I should do since no one would answer the telephone.

The message I recieved 2 months after the fact did not answer any of my questions and she did not apologize at all. But she did say she hoped it all worked out ok.

What a disgrace. I'm waiting for Jan 31st to roll around and wondering where my w-2 form is that is legally supposed to be in my hot little hand by then.
It has happened here before a few years ago, they had a lame excuse but it was clear that someone just forgot to do it and no one noticed.

Van Rollins is the worst. I had to submit 3 pay queries to finally receive an answer, and only thru Gross. She (Rollins) just forwarded it onto someone who she thought would decline my request, even though I was right.

Hey Scott, since you surf here, fix this, would you?????

When I worked there I always hated dealing with payroll. Nobody will ever answer the D&mn phone and sometimes it's easier to just go over to the GO in person. It's a big hassle and you shouldn't have to do that but when you're standing in front of those clowns they're somewhat forced to fix the problem. The W2 was another sore subject, they always waited until the day of Jan 31st to give them to us. (ours weren't mailed out). Sounds like nothing ever changes at ASA!

It took me 13 days to get my wife covered on insurance..... The last msg was from me to Sam Watts telling him that the next call would be from the Dept. of Labor........

It is the biggest joke! Nobody from ANY depatrment will either...A. Answer their phone, or B. Return a message. How do these people keep their jobs? And what ever happened to askasa? I NEVER get a reply back on any question I ask. It took VR 3 weeks to return a pay query answer, and I called crew records and left messages about a dozen times before getting a person to help me. What a joke! The best thing to do is inundate LeBreque,Tutt and Hall with demands that they fix this problem.

It be called Accountability... Aint narry a person in ATL accountable fo nuttin' BOUYYYYYYYY...
Dee Atlantatude lives on fo eva.....

It's called "Affirmative Action, ATL style". People who can't be fired have little incentive to perform.
