Good point, Howerver a dear friend called me tonight with this question said he had it from a reliable source, and all that, hate to start rumors's but I have yet to see a compleat copy of the DL TA thougt some one might know if that were true or not?
Cheer's

Just do a search. The Delta TA is all over flightinfo.

Out of curiosity why would ASA or anyone else want a flow through with Delta?

Flow through is a contagious disease and there's no cure.

No flow for us!

The only flow through most Delta pilots would agree to is one way. They flow down, we don't flow up. Seems fair to them I guess. I do think we should be giving all of their furloughed guys positions (without interviews) if they want it with a minimum commitment to make the training cost neutral or none if Delta pays for it.

"Flow through", now there's a phrase I haven't heard in about 5 years!

Does any one know if there Is any truth to an ASA/Delta flow in the New DL Ta?
Just wondering.

In Dr Evil's best voice... Riiiiiiiiiiight.

Flow through???? HA Ha Ha, Since when has DALPA ever even thought about flow through. But don't you worry your little ASA Axx, you will still get those nice big shiny 90 seat jets, while we kick our guys to the street. IF this TA passes, you're welcome for the "growth"

That's a very ignorant statement considering that if any Delta pilots are furloughed the seats get yanked out. Your MEC seems to think there won't be furloughs too. Thanks for the flamebait, troll.

Well, in approx 2000, the DAL MEC did approach the subject with some of the DCI operators.

You know if this TA passes, which it looks iffy, then DAL will supposedly be in a position to survive. We all know that they have said that in the past when asking for concessions. But say that this time is the time. Delta will be in a position to hire in the next few years. I fact I am willing to bet General Lee's pay check that the day after Troy Kane gets back to DAL ground school you'll see some nervous suits walking around VA Ave. That pref. interview will come in pretty handy when DAL has thousands of apps to go through. It may be a few years away, but you never know. CAL made it through 2 bankruptcies, had a sleeze ball CEO in Lorenzo, but in the 90's got their $hit together with Bethune and here they are. If you can't see the cards and predict the future then how do you know if you have an "ace" or not?

Cheers

Plug I didn't know you were leaving?

Good Luck at CAL!
