Call me crazy I think the pilots should hire the FA's.

You don't want any part of XJT's FA hiring process.....It has to be a bunch of fabulous guys doing the selecting....Really it's atrocious.

I second that. I know a number of pilots that went through that process and the sugar pants turned them all down. I think one did get hired, a guy from ASA. This, of course was before all this wave of hiring began.

Hey, truth hurts. When I worked for UA as a F/A Controller many years ago, it was either the fabulous boys, or the bitter angry divorcees; at least 80-90% at the ORD domicile.
