Does anyone know how to apply to ASA?

The website states that we are not currently recruiting pilots, but there is some hiring going on. I think they just have all the applicants they need right now. Some more flight time, preferably 135 or 121, will help you out a lot. A personal recommendation from a current ASA pilot is a nice cherry on top. However, here's the info you asked for:

1,200 hours total time
200 hours multi-engine time
100 hours in the previous six months
Current first-class medical
At least 21 years of age
Current U.S. passport (or U.S. Work Permit, if not a U.S. citizen)
FCC radio license
