Well at least the reductions on the 200 side should make them create pairings with higher block. Question is where are they going to go unless this DTW flying is mostly added flying. We aren’t getting rid of 200 airframes so for me this is proof of another negative affect of PBS.

We can’t be surprised because we were told that we would need 10% less people with PBS. So instead of growth and movement we have displacements. Enjoy.

The Company only saves money from PBS if we grow. I haven't seen anything on paper, but the figure I was told was 2.5 million buckaroos they spent on implementing this thing. My guess is the Company wants to grow to realize any cost savings and efficiency.

All in the wording. We are growing. Adding airframes and expanding to new bases. That is growth. Thing is we can now do it without hiring.

You guys are going to love "DESTROY-IT." Fun times.

Bye Bye--General Lee

SH just gave a preview of the DTW flying and man those schedules will be sweet. Not one bad overnight either

You fall for everything don't you.. Remind me of a dog that repeatedly gets kicked in the face by its owner and keeps running back for more, tail wagging and all. It's not the dog's fault, though. It's dumb by nature.

I guess in your case, it's called stockholm syndrome. Only sadder.

His job is to make it look good. He's an intelligent guy and even he prob thinks you're pretty sad. Did you bring him a nice shiny apple?
