§14.F. Accrued Sick Leave Credit Report
The Company will provide an automated system for reporting sick leave usage and accrued sick leave as described in §14.F. within twelve (12) months of the date of signing. The Company will provide an individual report with semi-annual updates until the automated system described in § 14.F. is in place. The first individual report will be provided within thirty (30) days of the date of signing.

So one more thing the union basically left to "company discretion"

It used to be on CrewWeb when we had that, and also at the bottom of the final schedules. Neither one has sick time listed now.

I'm aware of this. Thanks.

Your point?

Well I just got the FLO 4day put onto my reserve schedule. That is fine with me I guess. Flo is 4.5 hours from home in atl. I now have new yrs eve and day off. at 1.60 an hour plus time off that scheduling would have broken it off in my a** anyway. All I can say is thanks I will enjoy the time with my new fiancee in atl

for arguements sake....if you called in sick as a reserve pilot for this trip, do they charge you 3.75 hours per day or 2 hours for the whole 4 day trip?

3.75 hours per day

I have a shorter useless layover (32 hrs from 12/31 to 1/2), and I'm getting a 12 pack and watching UT-UW, UM-UF, U of I - USC, and UH-UGA. I'm a hard core college fb fan, but this might be too much for even me. I've never heard of a 2-day useless layover before. Sorry to say the games on 12/31 mostly suck. If I was in FLO, I'd get the wife/gf/buddies to help out.

It's understandable why we keep hearing about a lack of coverage (when requesting a schedule swap) all the pilots are sitting in hotels on long layovers. Block 17hr /4 dAY trip, these schedules are a total cluster! Poor utilization of resources! The aircraft arer blocking 7-9 hrs per day seems they could generate at least 6-7hrs for the crew.

The company is gearing up for PBS. Make the schedules bad now and four months from now tell us the best fix to our problems is PBS.

It doesn't matter whether we have PBS or hard lines, if the pairings are lousy the end result is lousy.

That's true, but they will use all QOL complaints to sell PBS.

Haha I have no idea where that thing came from.

Yeah, I found it on the floor of the A/C. I figured it was yours, so I left it at your door. Thought you had an early go, so I didn't wake you up.

That's my guess. PBS is coming.

Look at the changes to how vacation is done now. There will be no more getting two paid weeks off for vacation. This reeks of PBS...

If PBS is coming, I think it would be logical to get a version of it that we could live with.

Dude, read the language in the new contract about PBS.

A win for ASA pilots in my opinion. We dont have to do squat with PBS.

We can wait until they agree to provisions that protect us, then they can have PBS, until then...

With or without PBS, this would still be the same 4 day trip. The airplane sits in FLO for those same 4 days. That is Delta's schedule. Doesn't have anything to do with PBS or ASA.

I heard the flight attendents were close to a coontract. Seems the company will make a deal if only they agree to PBS.

Flight attendants said they would consider it ONLY if they were allowed to pick the vendor.

Can anyone else confirm this?

It could be good for us if this happens. We all know PBS is coming, better to have the "good" software than the cheapest, which is what ASA/Skywest would use left to their own.
