I thought JA fired these people ???

No,

Bill Hires was removed from the table & has nothing to do with the face-to-face negotiations. Ford & Harrison is still ASA's legal council.

Same thing that happened last time around. Bill will be back as soon as we have a contract so they can find ways not to honor it.

Just what I thought. All symbolism and no substance.

What's on the table for discussion? I thought ASA was this magical place to work with SkyWest as big brother watching caringly over ASA.

What rock have you been under and what have you been smoking under there?

Does anyone forget that our own union was offered comair plus (three years ago) but turned it down? Or is that a rumour?

I bet you could get 50% for Skywest or Skywest plus 1% right now. Can't do that, however, ALPA has to show us they are in fact the "hammer of god" and when it comes to management they can really whoop some azz.

Back in the Skippy days when we were going to get a new contract in 6 months there was something of a verbal offer, not a written proposal, of Comair plus. This was tossed out in a negotiation session but there was no other contract changes included or offered.
This never went anywhere.

Apparently a huge rock. So sarcasm aside, what's on the table for discussion?

The union was never offered comair plus or just plain comair, This rumor got started because Skip got happy in a recurrent class and said as much to 20 or so pilots in there.

Never had management proposed this in negotiations or any other venue with ALPA.

If they were going to offer comair, then why have all of their proposals and table positions been concessionary or "Zero Net Gain"....There is nothing 'Comair Plus' in 'Zero Net Gain', Well not untill recently anyway given develpoments in CVG....

Whats on the table?

Whats on the table? Don't you know you never get a contract thats good enough? Even when the company gives you everything you ask for? See United for a historical example
