I love how people are criticizing Hunter for the 2003 deal. They would prefer to have filed Ch.11 and be working under UAL's contract?

I don't have a dog in the fight but it sounds like a typical fight for power. The only answer the bomb throwers have is to strike.

AA's QOL sucks. The majority of their trips are not commutable on both ends and you have really senior people flying FO just to avoid reserve because it's the worst in the industry.

No one running seems to have any ideas on how to solve the QOL issues--but they're ready to strike... TC

P.S.--I will say that AMR management F'ed up BIG TIME by taking the bonuses. They are dreaming if they think any shred of goodwill still exists within the pilot group. If APA elects the hardline union leaders, management can take the credit.
