I'm involved in a research project, and am trying to track down some information. Business/Commercial Aviation had a fantastic article circa 1999-2000 describing how ARINC-424 nav database waypoint naming conventions (both for domestic RNAV and oceanic) were developed. Perhaps my google search skills aren't what they should be, but I can't seem find this article anywhere online (nor on B/CA's website). Would appreciate someone aiming me in the right direction.

Thanks.
