My previous employer made us pay for our initial uniform, but after that we had an annual uniform allowance. My current employer never pays for our uniform.
I thought, employers in California who require a uniform to be worn, had to supply it at no cost for the employee. I've searched on google and the California State website, but can't find if this law applies to airline employees.
Does anyone have any insight on this? Does WN, UAL, AMR, Eagle, DAL, etc. pay for California based pilot uniforms?
