April Compass Interview

Interview started with a brief slide presentation about the company and future plans. Talked about pay during training and first few years. $22 and change FO first year and high $50's CA first year. Do not remember rate of pay during training.

Next brought to a 727 briefing room. Was given a few minutes to fly around and get a feel for the sim. Asked to demonstrate a/s changes, basic manuevers, descent while slowing speed and turning to a heading, fly straight to VOR then given holding instructions. Told them what kind of entry, performed the entry then sim ended.

Typical HR interview. Asked about previous employers, situational, nothing I have not read from any other interview gouge.

Technical test was very interesting. Once you answer a question on the computer, no going back for review or changing an answer.

Did PRIA paperwork, employment and residence history. Then left for a drug test. Off to the airport to go home.

Day went by quickly. Done shortly after lunch.
