For FAR 135 Ops, ceiling don't mean crap when dealing with approaches. All you have to worry about is the visability being at or above that prescribed in the approach plate for the approach you will be attempting prior to being vectored/accepting the approach (before passing the FAF or FAP). Once you pass the FAF/FAP and the vis drops below, you can still continue the approach as long as you determine (using your judgement) that the vis is sufficient. Also keep in mind that RVR is controlling. You can also find an answer to this questions in your OPS SPECS.
