If you submit it by yourself it will probably reach the circular file. You need a reputable source that can account for the risk of hiring you below minimums. Maybe when you meet times they like they'll see your next resume and say "hey! metro finally has his time let's give him an interview"

Steveair said:Don't apply until you meet minimums. If you do, it shows that you cannot follow simple instructions or that you haven't done your research on the company to know their qualificiations.
