just heard from the MEC at XJ, Judge Davis overturned Mesaba's ruling.

they cannot impose and must file yet another 1113...

Heard it too. Now what are they gonna do? First I get to give wild Bill some lip and now this news! This has been a great week thus far.

You guys at Mesaba are taking all of this so well it amazes me. The amount of BS that you put up with from your management is, or should be an inspiration to all of us. Keep doing what your doing! Not one more penny! If you come to you for more then shut the place down.

Best of luck to all of you. I've jumpseated on you many times and each crew member I met was a class act.

It's on mymesaba....sounds like the judge has some concerns about the relationship with MAIR.

Today is a good day indeed!!!

I just read the MEC Hotline. Even for a furloughee with no plans to return, this is outstanding news. I wish I could have seen the look on Spongebob's face when he found out. Best of luck to all of you XJ guys and gals! Hang in there!

This so called organization (MAIR) has revealed so much ineptitude, it's amazing "Don Pohlad" has kept P. Fooley around (despite the great "sky booth" conversation at the dome and lunch's at the Mpls. Club). In fact, after this, Foley and Spanjers may be gonzo! Even "Irv The Liquidator" said he would'nt "touch" MSA, when asked to come "on board". So much for East coast loyalty! Likely, he recognized Fooley's lack of skills. When will these peabrains recognize they've no dog in this fight? Better come to the table boys! Litigation is not your forte! Otherwise kiss it!

"Killroy was here".

I like this part

"The company is reviewing the Court’s other concern as related to
MAIR Holdings, Mesaba’s parent company."

Be thankful for small victories.
