Do your passengers know that your harbor childish grudges against colleagues? You should include it on your pre-departure.

My pax may not harbor such grudges,but the gate most certainly did in DAY yesterday when they had to play god on who gets to go on international vacation thru ATL and only for the 22nd time out of 27 this month because the previously scheduled was running 2.5 hrs behind sched no wx,no mx priceless.There antics managed to cause us a 10 minute delay so in answer to your question Virginia yes pax would perhaps be better off knowing whom there Delta connection carrier was and there ability to carry the day prior to there once in a lifetime trip to Europe is royaly f888ed up.
