accinelli--If AA files bankruptcy it will rest squarely on the shoulders of Management. The poisoned well of employee relations was on its way to being cleansed and a real leader would have encouraged the senior management to put off the PUP.

Now, I doubt if good relations can EVER be re-established between the union employees and management.

If those who run the company are such itinerant whores that they would leave over a delay in getting their millions, let 'em. Maybe it's time to put an end to the outrageous, obscene executive compensation awarded irrespective of the financial health of a corporation.

"You should have gotten your MBA" is the new "let them eat cake". And it may have the same result...TC

How about the BODs that set this wheel in motion? You have to reform this form of buffoonery as well.
