not really, alot of the twa guys are already at 12 yr pay rate. so as always it benefits the blue bloods more. no surprise there.

Guys! I need some help on that passenger forum!

Some of these morons actually DEFEND executive bonuses all while saying the AA pilots want too much!

It's just another great reminder that I am sooooo glad that I fly cargo. I f***ing hate airline passengers! The only "interaction with passengers" I want is my foot up their you know what!

Yes. We are not content that we lost the China route to UAL. We will not be content till AA files bankruptcy like all the other carriers. Then we will whine about how we were screwed.
 
accinelli--If AA files bankruptcy it will rest squarely on the shoulders of Management. The poisoned well of employee relations was on its way to being cleansed and a real leader would have encouraged the senior management to put off the PUP.

Now, I doubt if good relations can EVER be re-established between the union employees and management.

If those who run the company are such itinerant whores that they would leave over a delay in getting their millions, let 'em. Maybe it's time to put an end to the outrageous, obscene executive compensation awarded irrespective of the financial health of a corporation.

"You should have gotten your MBA" is the new "let them eat cake". And it may have the same result...TC
 
Yes, but will will the APA be able to rally it's members for a vote to strike if the company will not go for it's demands? The company had better believe that they will strike in order for them to sign this contract. A strike would probably trigger an AMR BK in less than 2 weeks. If this happens.....the pensions are toast.....just like USA, UAL, DAL, NWA.
