accinelli--If AA files bankruptcy it will rest squarely on the shoulders of Management. The poisoned well of employee relations was on its way to being cleansed and a real leader would have encouraged the senior management to put off the PUP.
Now, I doubt if good relations can EVER be re-established between the union employees and management.
If those who run the company are such itinerant whores that they would leave over a delay in getting their millions, let 'em. Maybe it's time to put an end to the outrageous, obscene executive compensation awarded irrespective of the financial health of a corporation.
