This may have been suggested. I just didn't want to look though 5 pages of everyone bashing everyone to find it.
As stated in the Delta agreement ASA and CMR get 25% of the Delta flying as long as they are owned by Delta. If Delta sells CMR that means by their contract that 25% of Delta flying must shift to ASA. (Unless they are planning on selling both of us.:rolleyes: )
 
In case you forgot, Letter of Agreement 46 is a contract between the ALPA and Delta, enforced by the Delta MEC. Does anyone think the Delta MEC would pursue a grievance with the goal of forcing more flying to Connection?

You had a good idea, but it illustrates why "brand scope" is the same old ALPA apartied with a new wrapper. ALPA still excludes the Regional's representatives from the bargaining table.
