Do not sweat the crashpad....

There are many, many crashpads available right now. There are postings in the training building as well as the AOC. Highly suggest getting your own room for training (approx $300-$350 per month) and then the usual crashpad thing.

I have a friend of mine starting on the 19th, and he is looking for a crashpad to share for the 9 weeks of training before you guys head to ANC. A Capt I flew with yesterday says he has a townhouse he can rent to two people for the 9 weeks. PM me if you are interested.
