It seems like PSA in Dayton always has a lot of postings for dispatchers. Does anyone know why exactly? Is it due to quality of work environment, pay, or is it more due to expansion?

I figured that might be a big part of it. Even though the cost of living in Dayton is a lot cheaper than where I am now...it's hard to take that kind of pay cut when you're used to seeing a certain sized check!

Yes, the cost of living is cheaper here than other locations but everything has gone up except for our paychecks. No cost of living either. Even the cost of driving here has gone up. Good thing we are on 4 days a week. We are a revolving door.

Who is PSA? Are you guys a contract carrier and if so who do you fly for? What types of A/C do you fly?
