Anyone in the Colgan March 17 Class?

They had 20 people down here in Houston to interview and hired 4. They might be desperate for pilots, but they're being selective. One was a Gulfstream guy, didn't know anything about the plane other than the location of the gear lever. Was really too bad, seemed like a nice guy, but just hadn't paid his dues. Watching the guys they've been hiring has given me confidence in their hiring practices, even if they're having some growing pains.

Some advice to future interviewees:
-Wear a suit.
-Wear a tie.
-Shave.
-Know the systems on your aircraft.
-Come prepaired.
