Wondering what the junior bases are? How the reserve system works (days off, commutability) and what kind of pay can be expected in the first couple of years. I know the hourly rates mostly interested in average credit hours per month. Thanks

Junior base = EWR.

They have been hiring into 737 and in some later cases 75/76 EWR.

I have not even interviewed at CAL but I don know that without a doubt.

IAH prolly more senior but it could depend on equipment. CLE is 737 only but is very lacking in big growth but I have heard that a fella can hold 737 in CLE in about 6 months. I wish you Good luck but only after I get a chance to interview of course.;)

Thanks Paul. Also trying to figure out what the pay is list the first couple of years. I have seen the payscales but im curious what that translates to in yearly pay. (overrides, rigs, and such).
