I have to question it's validity on the simple notion that if that video WAS real, he would have been arrested and that site would not exist right now.

Actually, they're the webpage for "Flight International" magazine, which generally has a good reputation as an aerospace industry journal. Of course, you're right, it does appear that they may have pleasured the poodle on this one.
