Regardless...everything that has been said about the jetBlue interview was correct. The entire team makes you feel very welcome, and stated that they...from Dave Barger and everyone else...would like to hire every candidate that was there!! The best interview I have ever had...aviation related or other!! Just reconfirms why I would like to drink the Blue Kool-aid.

This is the easy wait........The killer is the 6 to 8 weeks in Phase 2 to find out if and when you get a class. Mine was 7 weeks and it seemed like an eternity, you start second guessing everything. Best of luck to all who interviewed!!

I would take that as something positive, I don't know for sure but I would say that our guys/gals would not waste the time/effort to contact people unless you had a positive result from your interview.

Same here. All my references (3) called! I hope this is good. I wonder if there's anybody out there that has not continued with their references called. I agree, the experience was awesome. Great bunch of people! Good Luck!

I'm glad to hear that I'm probably not the only person checking my e-mail every hour. I got excited a couple hours ago when my speakers blared "You've got mail", but it turned out to be an interview offer from SkyWest. Close, but no cigar!

Guys,

JB wants all interviewees to find out about the interview at about the same time. In the past, the good news email would come Mon or Tues following the interview while bad news would arrive a few days latter via snail mail. Bad news letters were probably mailed on Tues so I would imagine the good news emails will probably go out in the next day or two.

If your references have been contacted consider that good news. We wouldn't waste our time calling your references if you weren't successful during Phase I. If your references haven't been contacted it doesn't necessarily mean bad news, it just means they haven't made it to your file yet. It will happen soon though as we need bodies to fill classes in the near future.
