English is right. The PRIA will only cover your training records, and you do have the right to, at the vey least, view them.
There is an accompanying form that most companies send along with the PRIA request, but the questions are rather benign. It asks if the person has ever received addtional training, failed a training event, etc.
Legally the responding company must comply with all training record requests and also confirm employment dates and eligibility of rehire. That's all. And most requesting companies don't ask anything more than that.
