Any word on the DHL and Airborne?

Are they going to recall anyone from Airborne? Are they going to merge the pilot lists?

No definite word on recalls. Hopefully later this year as we are accepting 3 more 767's and only parking 1 DC-8. Retirees are starting to kick in too, especially beginning next year with 30-40 per year for 5-7 years.

ABX and Astar are two separate companies so a seniority list merger wouldn't happen unless one bought the other. There was rumor of that last summer but personally I don't see it happening, at least in the near future.

A proffer was posted yesterday: MIA DC-8 for 1 FO and 2 PFE/SOs. So unless an ILN PFE bids to go to MIA, one would think there would be at least 2 recalled. Plus, the proffer award for the 4 767 FOs should post today.

Retirements: 3 in APR, 1 in Aug, 2 in SEP, 3 in OCT.
