Any USA3000 pilots out there?

A friend of mine who works for USA3000 had brain surgery yesterday after suffering a seizure a few weeks ago. I understand there is a collection to help pay for his health insurance. Do any of you have an address where I could send a contribution? Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks.
