Well tell me, anyone who truly knows, what are some pros and cons of working for American Eagle? Anyone out there work for them?

Hang in there. Keep flight instructing and building your hours, get 135 mins, do your research and find a good 135 cargo or passenger operation. That experince is valuable and the airlines respect it. Everyone has to pay their dues. Before you know it you will have regional knocking down your door.
