I was wondering the same thing. I talked to Stephanie in HR about a month ago and she was saying early summer.

Not sure if anyone else has the latest...

Anyone else with some inside info?

what's Skyways final plans with the 1900's? I heard something about you guys getting more dojo's and getting rid of all the 1900's.

That was their plan in the late 90's

I flew for 3 and half years at Skyway. Those 1900's are like money in the bank. They are perfect for the job they do out of MKE and they are paid for. I bet they're there for a LONG time to come...

1. Been here alot longer and still here.

2. We have no money in the bank.

3. The only thing they are perfect for is EAS. Otherwise all of the aiports it serves are serviced more by jet aircraft.

4. They are leased.

5. You are poor commuter pilot, dont bet the few dollars you have left in your pocket on anything.

-I'll come to MKE and buy you dinner when the last one leaves the property, better yet, when just the 5th one leaves...

-I didn't say SYX had money, I said the 1900's were "like" money... In other words, they are not a drain on resources and the CASM is less than the 328...

-They were paid for when I was there... I'll research to see when they were sold to a leasing company.

-Although still poor, I am no longer a commuter pilot. I will however take your advice and wisely protect the few dollars I have in my pocket...
