Talk to a friend who just did the interview yesterday. Their is a 20 question test and 2 essays. I am not real sure how long they give you to take the test. After the test you interview. In the interview, they review the test questions with you. They do not go over the essays with you.

The interview process has not changed. They ask situational questions and tell me a time when. Still laid back.

I not sure what type of questions were on the test. I would assume they have about 2 or 3 test, just to mix things up. I would have to believe also that they have a couple different type of essays questions.

To get the exact questions, hopefully someone will post for you or post on aviationinterviews.com

I was in the training center the other night and was told by one of the instructors that this new format is going to be an experiment. They will look at all the initial sim rides for the next 6 months and see if there's a higher number of busts or "problems" getting through training, if there's a substantial amount then there going to go back to giving simulator interviews.

Good luck to all, its a great place to work.
