There are more Skywest pilots here at WN than any other commuter by a great number. Coex (X-Jet) ranks second with about 85 or so.

My educated guess is that there are over 150 pilots who have come directly from SkyWest and another 100 or so who started at SkyWest and ended up at Southwest after spending time elsewhere first.
SkyWest pilots are easily the largest group of its type at Southwest, but there are growing groups from all the regional airlines.
