ANR headsets for all SWA pilots

JV what is this sick out on June 1st you talk about? I havent heard a thing about one. Heck I worked the 1st.

JohnnyV is talking about is a couple guys on Pprune who were spun up on the QC2/Uflymike issue that went into effect on June 1st. They were talking about calling in sick on June 1st or their first trip after the first, to pay for a new headset.

As far as I can tell, it surely went unnoticed. Not much of a following, if any.

I think that was the real problem with the U-Fly Mike headset. The rumor mill suggests that a lot of guys were cranking their ipods during flight...

Since 1986 I've wanted to take a C-152 over "Devil's Face." That was a serious oil leak too. Chappy and Col. Masters saved the world!

Bob, radio shack sells an ipod adapter for $15 with the dual plug so to blame ipod listening on UflyMike is foolish. The adapter works well.... so I've heard.
