I have a peltor head seat and it's great lightweight and compact. I was thinking about getting a ANR head set but I saw on previous post about these converstion kits Has anyone done this conversion on a peltor head set? It looks like a good deal but after you add installation cost of 50 your totaling around $250 Not to mention your probably voiding any warranty on your set. Anyone know of a site where one can get a good anr headset at a good discount?
Thanks, Great day to ya

For the record, in flight I compared my straight David Clark 13.4s with one of Headsests inc 100% generic sets that resembled the Calrk 10-60s. They were plenty quiet but the intercom and sidetone sound quality was rather poor. Any simple explanation for this?

cheap headsets on www.ebay.com I highly recommend headsets inc though. they did a great job on my dc's. i do believe they work on peltors as well.

good luck
