...US Air, who is on government funded welfare and is legally exempt from paying bills
satpak77 said:SWA, JBLU, AMR, DAL, CAL, NWAC, other non-Ch.11 carriers must match rates and attempt to remain competitive with US Air, who is on government funded welfare and is legally exempt from paying bills
SWA/FO said:Yeah, they are paying all their bills.. Is that what your saying? Skykid?
satpak 77, since you are in the know, please post the bills U is legally exempt from paying. That way I can balance them against the extra bills U has to pay because of ch11, and can make an educated comparison. Thanks.

How long are we gonna keep a company on life-support? Once? Twice? Three Ch.11's? More ATSB loans?
meanwhile, pilots take pay cuts so the company "can survive", and the non-Ch.11 companies then go to their pilots and say "look, we gotta stay competitive, your pay should be cut"
come on, wake up

You guys are right..they are paying their legal bills. Got me there. Everything is well at U. Sorry, I read so much into this "normal chapter 11" process....
I forgot that US Airways and UAL is indeed paying for bankruptcy attorneys
Looks like they are paying something to someone. Silly retard.
