Touche' for an accurate assessment, Pilotyip. That is indeed an opinion.

When considering PFT I can only conclude that a company is seeking less qualified applicants in order to pay lower salaries. To prevent those less qualified pilots from leaving as soon as they receive the manditory training the company is obligated to supply, the company extorts a "training" fee.

Clearly any pilot that enters into such an agreement and chooses to associate with an organization has no self respect.

The whole thing just doesn't pass the smell test.
