After you first publish the application, the changes that you go in and make thereafter, such as flight time, recommendations coming in, etc, does it "republish" at that point? In other words, does it get dated with the most recent date of change where it would stay toward the top or does it just stay in the pile where it was originally published, only updated? Anyone worked in the office for any airline that has dealt with this system and may have some information? Thanks.

Once you have published the application, it stays published. Any changes you make are immediately available to your targeted airlines.

The "pile" analogy may not be the best, as the collection of all applications is just a big database. One of the fields in that database is the date the application was most recently updated. This gets changed any time you log in to your account, whether you change anything at all. Some companies look at how recently an applicant has updated to judge current interest. So even if you don't change your flight time, it is a good idea to log in regularly to show continued interest.
