We already have that, it's the 145XR.....ExpressJet has been toying with the idea of in flight refueling which is why they bought Wings aviation.
 
Buenos Aires and Moscow are both planned to be a 767-200.
 
Munich just in time for World Cup and later on Oktoberfest! That makes my travel plans easier! :beer:

CAL will begin point to point service originating in EWR with a stop in St. Johns, Iqualuit, Nuuk, Reykjavik, and then into Heathrow. They will utilize EMB 145XR aircraft because there are some regional jet slots that are open at Heathrow that CAL could get and this is how they will use them. They will then do point to point service in Europe out of Heathrow and the name of the company will be JetX Aviation.
