What good is seniority when it's tied to bankruptcy rates? I can only speak for myself but I'd gladly take a seniority hit to make 75% more pay.

He is acknowledging that the last arbitrated SLI (binding arbitration btw), didn't go well, so the Easties had better get it right this time. Since the award was binding, everyone knows that it will have to be dealt with, not swept under the rug like SWAPA has done. It will have to be resolved before anyone gets a raise. St. Nic will be on everyone's mind.... Just like a divorce settlement, you can't just sweep it under the rug and take your F150 truck back from your Ex Wife after it was awarded to her. You just can't. St. Nic will be alive and well....
