I was drinking a beer on the balcony of my hotel room last night and saw a bunch of trucks rolling to RWY 9( MIA ). I figured it was some sort of drill but what looked like an AA 767(it was dark outside) rolled off the high-speed and sat there for around 10 minutes while the trucks checked it out. It taxied away without any further excitement. Looked like an uneventful landing.

I assume an engine failure or pressurization problem based on the descent mentioned above and since no evac. on the ground. Any word?

A Beer? If I sent on my balcony I usually drink Beers. LOL

For purposes of deniability I use "a beer" interchangably with "beers" or "I polished off a case of Miller High Life".

really, anybody know what happened? Obviously it wasn't a big deal, just curious.

They roll every truck on the airport for a routine AA landing? I never knew that.
