I give the East law suit about their pension and the West lawsuit about their pension, I mean the Nic, about the same probability to ever see a single penny of return on their investment. In both cases we can all agree that something happened (but no one agrees exactly what) and both plaintiff groups are passionate about their own righteous cause about harm. Sometimes there are things you have to fight even though the probability of prevailing begins at slim and hyperbolically approaches zero with every passing hour.

I have always figured the pension will get nada and the SLI will be a relative position as of the POR date. YMMV.
