Well, if thats the case why not go to SkyWest, get paid more and do it in less time with a better schedule and ability to build more turbine PIC per month once there, plus build seniority towards holding a seat as RJ PIC should you wish?

Have you seen the pay scale for Ameriflight? After the retention bonus you're looking at 25K for the first year, BE99 capt. pay scale after that. If you're telling me that SKYWEST can beat that, I'm all ears. I like SKYWEST, but not the prospects of flying for "special K" if you know who I'm talking about.

My first yr at SKYW I made $27K on the 120 and didn't even get paid for training. I also was displaced quite a bit for IOE training.
