Anyone have an update? How many being recalled/mo? How many to go? Bypass rate? Thanks in advance.
 
half way through the list. 45 - 50 per month. two classes of 25/20. bypass rate was 1 in 7 but I think those numbers have come down a bit.

Correct, they are up to 1300 (out of 2800 total) and it will be nothing but TWA folks for the next several months.... and when we get up to about 2400 on the list, it will be the AA folks hired after the TWA purchase. Still looking at about a mid-2009 hiring start. 73

Don't forget the possibility of a few hundred Eagle flowthrus depending on Larocco's ruling.
 
Lets say you bypass how long can you bypass for?

I thought it was until the last guy on furlough was recalled then the clock started ticking and you had like three years from that point?

It has been a while since I have thought about it though.

Also does anybody know how they recall you i.e. e-mail, phone, letter, telegram, a guy on horseback :)

71--You can bypass up to 3 years after the last person on the list is called. AND, that is the case only if they're hiring.

I'm guessing you won't HAVE to come back for a long time. OTOH, if they're not recalling/hiring, you can't come back until they start. TC
 
Means what exactly? That the flow through won't occur, or it had been integrated already, what?

Im guessing he is implying the flowthrough wont mean anything, which is a possibility. There are several letter 3 related grievances that need to be ruled on. Its super complicated and winning one grievance doesnt necessarily mean anything will happen. But, on the brighter side, AE has a severe staffing problem and its getting worse by the day. Eventually they will have to find a way to make the company attractive to newhires.
