Want to seriously know about AMEX flight dept? send a resume and talk to them on the phone and go to an interview. Get the real story, not the internet one...

Well, I have to disagree. There has to be some truth in these posts. I as well heard the same from others. Also, I have spoken to 2 former AMEX pilots at FSI. They did mentioned about the swinging door and the harshness of the flight department.

Also, getting the real story from an interview is a little absurd. In many interviews I've experienced companies usually inflate their department as being the one and only. The bad is normally sugar coated or not mentioned.
