You know, sometimes companies just don't get the whole "quality of life" thing. Rather than hire enough crew they go the cheap route and burn everyone out and everyone ends up leaving. I think in the end it would be cheaper to have adequate crew than to constantly hire and train new folks to replace those going out that revolving door.
