I'm afraid the weather there was attrocious at the time. Kirksville is 62 miles west of me and we've been socked in all day. Fog and mist continuously and it's cold. I'm not sure but I don't believe IRK has an ILS maybe a localizer. I know the minimums were so bad here we had to ground our air ambulance service today. God Bless them all, so sad.
