Am I the only pilot that thinks that most of the day to day CRAP we as crews deal with schedule wise are not the fault of crew scheduling but really the fault of the crew (lack of) planning department and it's just that schedulers catch the brunt of the frustration when it's really the incompetence down the hall creating the majority of the problems????

Or does it come from the {Radio Edit} V P that oversees the entire department?
