So what jack does with whats in his pants should determine if you want to give up all the good things ALPA did have?

Yea Tejas you sure make a good case for USAPA, don't just vote out Jack and get a new MEC in, lets F up everything.

No...but it was after Jack was questioned by that pilot that he abused his position as MEC Chairman to throw that pilot under the bus.

Recalling him would've been the right thing to do...but it happened so close to the vote taking place that the recall effort would've ended...yesterday at 2 PM.

The bright neon yellow lanyard that practically blinds you is a dead giveaway.

Is there any way to differentiate an East from west guy when they're asking for a jumpseat?

Yes! Americawest folks original emp# began with the letter P then the digits. On the back of the new I'd our pnumbers are in the upper rt hand corner.

Will you wear an ALPA pin and lanyard? That might help too.

My Id carries three pins.My silver ALPA pin my Gold 10yr pin and my cactus pin!!!

I hear the yellow clowns are having a hard time finding rides.

Every adversity is the seed to an equal or greater benefit to those who maintain a positive mental attitude. For now, only TIME will heal wounds and bring clarity!

Like the Prodical Son, you will be welcomed back in ALPA, when you find your way home! There will always be an open door! You will be missed, but we will be waiting with open arms! Until then, Good Tail Winds, my friends, and come home soon!

Please, have some decency and maintain some Professionalism! Jack is just a man--prone to human flaws and error, just like you and me!

Look at his whole record! He has served ALPA and your pilot group well over the years! How about you?

Jack doesn't work for my pilot group....I belong to another pilot union.

And, yes, I have run for office and served 2 terms.

Good for You! Is your record at ALPA and your personal life "Open for Examination," on Flightinfo?

I am not defending inappropriate behavior. But, I am saying that a few alleged indiscretions in his personal life do not tarnish a 20 record of service. As you did, if he worked for ALPA, he worked for all ALPA pilots, not just his own pilot group. But in the end, possibly like you, if he continued to be elected by his pilot group or his fellow Representatives, he must have been doind something right! It's hard to hide a 20 year record of bad service!
