From what I've gathered:
Minimums: 4000-5000 TT but have looked at lower time guys
Bases: Las Vegas and Orlando (2 scheduled 121 bases); Laughlin and Reno (2 charter bases for Harrah's)
Schedule: LAS reserve covers flying in other bases, Laughlin and Reno have up to 18-20 days off and a known schedule a few months in advance, Orlando getting new destinations but schedule unknown
